Step 2: Train

After completing your application, you will go through Risk Management Certification, including your background check. You will also receive training to cover everything that you need to know about Delaware Girls Circles and ILOLA mentoring policies and procedures and what to do with your Point.

Step 3: Login

Login into ILOLA and complete Tangent questions to initiate the search for your Point

Step 4: Match

After training, Points and Tangents realize a Point of Tangency (are matched) based on hobbies, interest and other analytics given in ILOLA. You and your Point will meet once a week via our e-mentoring platform Qooper and will, play games or work on homework or just talk.
